Refund and Returns

The product(s) you purchased may be sourced from third-party retail channels and shipped directly by the respective retailer. Fulfillment, warranty, and return policies are governed by the terms of the actual seller or the brand. If you require a manufacturer’s authorization or specific documentation, please contact our customer service prior to purchase. We will assist with any post-sale issues or claims coordination with the fulfillment party. By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions. We stand behind all of our merchandise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues through our customer service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to determine whether you’d prefer to wait for restocking of the backordered item or receive a refund.

2. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can help cancel items as long as we haven’t started the shipping process, which is usually within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has entered the shipping process, we cannot cancel it. However, you may refuse delivery upon receipt or return the order according to our return policy. Any shipping and handling fees incurred will be your responsibility, and any rerouting fees incurred upon refusing delivery will be deducted from your refund.

3. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to ship back the return package.

If the item is broken, faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described (excluding variations in color between the actual product and your screen), you must inform us by email within 3 days of package delivery, stating the issue and providing relevant photos. After approval, we will cover the return shipping costs, and a full refund will be issued once the item is inspected. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please repackage the item as it was delivered to ensure it arrives in saleable condition. In addition to the original packing slip, all return packages must include a blank warranty card, manuals, and accessories. We recommend obtaining a tracking number when returning the package so you can track its progress until it reaches our return center.

4. No Longer Needed or Ordered by Mistake

If the package is returned to the sender due to rejection, refusal, inability to obtain a signature, incorrect address, or the recipient moving, the shipping expenses both to and from the delivery location will be deducted from any appropriate refund or credit.

If the wrong item was ordered or you’ve changed your mind, a full refund will NOT be issued. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s), and shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. 5. Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you report product damage more than 3 days after package delivery, it will be considered a problem that occurred during the use of the product. In this case, the buyer should contact the warranty service according to the product warranty.

6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Oversized items or items over 50 lbs
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.

  • If the item is returned unopened and in its original condition, no restocking fee will be charged.
  • If the item is returned in an opened and damaged box, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
  • If the item shows visible signs of use, is defective, damaged, leaking liquids, or broken, at least a 50% restocking fee will be charged.
