The K-Crema™ Coffee Maker brews Keurig® K-Cup® pods and compatible single use pods. Fiber and mesh pods are not compatible with PRESSURE brewing.
If using a compatible single use pod (not fiber or mesh) on PRESSURE and no crema is present, then the K-Cup® Pod Holder may be clogged.
How To Clean:

Remove the K-Cup® pod holder from the brewer, lift the handle and grasp the top of the K-Cup® pod holder with two hands and pull until it releases.

Firmly grasp the top of the pod holder. Then grab the bottom funnel along the textured ridges and pull away from the top in the direction of the arrows.

Rinse the top half of the funnel, making sure to let water flow over the bottom side. Rinse the bottom half of the funnel. Take a cotton swab and gently clean the underside of the top half of the funnel.

After cleaning, align the K-Cup® pod holder with the opening using the two ribs as a guide and snap into place from the top.
