MINI DEHUMIDIFIER REMOVES MOISTURE: When ambient temperatures are above 50°F(10°C) and the relative humidity is above 55% you will begin to see the collection of moisture in the reservoir. With higher temperatures and relative humidity levels, the unit can absorb up to 8 oz. per day! Unit is not recommended for temperatures below 50°F(10°C) or relative humidity levels below 50%.
ECO-FRIENDLY & MODERN DESIGN: This renewable, portable design lets you conveniently place the dehumidifier anywhere to fight pesky humidity! It uses no refrigerant and produces water as its only byproduct. Just pour out the water when full. It also consumes low amounts of energy(22 watts)!

Whisper quiet operation.

Eva-Dry's compact electric dehumidifiers are so quiet(30-40 Db), you might forget they're on. In fact, the only sound you would hear from our electric dehumidifiers would be from the super-quiet and efficient 12-volt fan. Perfect for when you absolutely need a quiet dehumidifier.

 

The Peltier effect. Using electricity to efficiently eliminate moisture.

Named after French physicist Jean Charles Athanase Peltier, the Peltier effect proved that a voltage of electricity can be converted to a temperature difference.

This discover formed the basis for the technology at work in Eva-Dry's super-efficient electric dehumidifiers. Electricity is applied to the Peltier element to create a temperature difference. One side of the element becomes hot while the other side of the element remains cool. This difference in temperature leads to the removal of moisture from the air.

That moisture gathers as condensation on the dehumidifier's heat sink, eventually dripping down into the reservoir tank. The new dryer air is then released back into the environment.
